摘  要:于2017年3月8日、2018年3月10日、2019年2月22日、2021年2月21日,开展了葛氏长臂虾工厂化人工育苗试验。结果表明,4个时间段抱卵虾平均占比分别为:19%,35%,65%和60%,在倒梯形网箱中经过驯养,平均驯养成活率、孵化出溞状幼体和平均育成率分别为:35.00%,56.00%,73.00%和21.61%;450万,780万,1300万和910万尾;38.22%,48.71%,69.23%和64.44%。指出,亲虾饵料应适口性强,营养均衡,以提高成活率;葛氏长臂虾幼体培育适宜密度在5万~6万尾/m^(3)时,出苗量较大。On March 8,2017,March 10,2018,February 22,2019,and February 21,2021,industrial artificial seedling experiments were conducted for Palaemon gravieri.The results showed that the average proportions of shrimp holding eggs during the four time periods were 19%,35%,65%,and 60%,respectively.After domestication in the inverted trapezoidal net cage,the average survival rate,hatching amount,and average hatching rate of the larvae were 35%,56%,73%,and 21.61%,respectively;4.5 million,7.8 million,13 million,and 9.1 million tails;38.22%,48.71%,69.23%,and 64.44%.It is pointed out that shrimp feeds should have strong palatability and balanced nutrition to improve survival rate;When the suitable density for cultivating juvenile of Palaemon gravieri is between 50000 and 60000 ind/m^(3),the emergence amount is relatively high.
