摘  要:开展了不同质量浓度铜离子(Cu^(2+))(0.000,0.100,0.117,0.134,0.151,0.168和0.185 mg/L)、锌离子(Zn^(2+))(0.000,3.670,4.000,4.330,4.660,4.990和5.320 mg/L)、镉离子(Cd^(2+))(0.000,3.000,4.000,5.000,6.000,7.000和8.000 mg/L)对马氏珠母贝(Pinctada fucata martensiii)96 h的急性毒性试验。结果表明,Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)质量浓度与马氏珠母贝死亡率(96 h)的回归方程分别为:y=853.782x-88.997(R^(2)=0.9844)、y=54.372x-192.070(R^(2)=0.9677)、y=20.886x-62.705(R^(2)=0.9802),Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)对马氏珠母贝的半致死浓度分别为:0.163,4.452和5.396 mg/L;安全浓度分别为0.016,0.445和0.540 mg/L;3种重金属离子的毒性从高到低依次为:Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)。指出,马氏珠母贝对Cu^(2+)最为敏感,需要重点关注养殖环境中的Cu污染。The effects of different mass concentrations of Cu^(2+)(0.000,0.100,0.117,0.134,0.151,0.168,0.185 mg/L),Zn^(2+)(0.000,3.670,4.000,4.330,4.660,4.990,5.320 mg/L),and Cd^(2+)(0.000,3.000,4.000,5.000,6.000,7.000,and 8.000 mg/L)in a 96-hour acute toxicity test on Pinctada fucata martensiii.The results showed that the regression equations for Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),and Cd^(2+)concentrations and the mortality rate(96 h)of P.f.martensiii were as follows:y=853.782x-88.997(R^(2)=0.9844),y=54.372x-192.070(R^(2)=0.9677),and y=20.886x-62.705(R^(2)=0.9802).The LC50 for Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),and Cd^(2+)were 0.163,4.452,and 5.396 mg/L,respectively,while the SC were 0.016,0.445,and 0.540 mg/L,respectively.The toxicity of the three heavy metal ions,in descending order,was Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),and Cd^(2+).It was noted that P.f.martensiii is highly sensitive to Cu^(2+),indicating that greater attention should be paid to Cu pollution in the culture environment.
