摘  要:利用天然生物质材料制备功能性强复合膜材料备受关注。文中以纤维素、酶解木质素和聚乙烯醇为原料,通过共混交联的方法制备一种力学性能好和抗紫外线能力强的生物质复合膜。结果表明,加入适量纳米纤维素和木质素纳米粒子,复合膜的抗拉强度达到47.6 MPa,膜的紫外防护性能提高了49%,并保持可见光透过率45%以上。此生物质复合材料在包装材料领域具有巨大的应用前景。The preparation of functional composite membrane materials using natural biomass materials has attracted much attention.In this paper,cellulose,enzymatically hydrolyzed lignin,and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)were used as raw materials to prepare a biomass composite membrane with excellent mechanical properties and strong UV resistance through blending and crosslinking methods.The results show that by adding an appropriate amount of nanocellulose and lignin nanoparticles,the tensile strength of the composite membrane reached 47.6 MPa,its UV protection performance improved by 49%,and it maintained a visible light transmittance of over 45%.This biomass composite material has great application prospects in the field of packaging materials.
