摘 要:为落实、落细党和国家的“劳”育方针,达成培养全面型社会主义建设人才目标,高校需要全方位持续贯彻与推进新时代党和国家对劳动教育的现实要求,通过激发劳动教育的育人作用,建设新时代背景下专兼职融合、素质硬、水平高的专业化劳动实践教育队伍,保障高校劳动教育不间断发展。基于《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要(试行)》政策文件,明确新时代高校大学生劳动实践教育内涵、要求,通过落实、落细“五育并举”布局与科学架构“三全育人”体系,分析高校劳动实践教育管理队伍建设现状,提出专业化建设路向。In order to implement and refine the“labor”education policy of the Party and our country,and achieve the goal of cultivating comprehensive socialist construction talents,universities need to continuously implement and promote the practical requirements of the Party and our country for labor education in the new era in all aspects.By stimulating the educational role of labor education,we need to build a professional labor practice education team that integrates full-time and part-time jobs,has high quality,and ensures the uninterrupted development of labor education in universities.Based on the policy documents of“Opinions”and“Outline(Trial)”on comprehensively strengthening labor practice education,the article clarifies the connotation and requirements of labor practice education for college students in the new era.By implementing a detailed“Integration of Five Education”layout and scientifically constructing the“Three Comprehensive Education”system,the article analyzes the current situation of the construction of labor practice education management teams in universities and proposes the direction of professional construction.
