医学研究中实验动物福利伦理审查现存问题之刍议

摘　　要：实验动物对维护人类健康发挥了重要作用。倡导实验动物福利伦理是科技进步和人类文明的双重体现,建立福利伦理审查制度则是实现实验动物福利伦理的有效保障。我国实验动物福利伦理建设近年来虽发展迅速,但现阶段仍存在诸多问题,需不断完善。本文基于对实验动物福利伦理相关理念的理解和认识,将医学研究中进行实验动物福利伦理审查时发现的一些问题进行了总结和论述,并提出个人建议,以供同行交流和借鉴。Laboratory animals have played an important role in human health developments.Advocating the ethics and welfare of laboratory animals is a dual manifestation of technological progress and human civilization,and establishing an ethical review of laboratory animal welfare is an effective guarantee for achieving their welfare.Although the regulation of animal welfare ethics in China has developed rapidly in recent years,there are still many problems that need to be addressed.This article considers the understanding and recognition of the ethical concepts related to the welfare of laboratory animals.It summarizes and discusses some issues discovered during the ethical review of laboratory animal welfare in medical research,and puts forward personal suggestions for exchange and mutual reference.
