摘 要:微胶囊技术是一种将固体、液体或气体包封形成微小粒子的保护技术,由于其粒径具备微纳尺度,可广泛应用于油墨领域。其中,包埋香精的微胶囊(AMS)具有缓慢释放、稳定性好、留香周期长等诸多优点,可以通过摩擦或温度变化起到释放香味、除臭、消毒和舒缓神经的作用;而热膨胀微胶囊(TEMS)则属于一种物理膨胀材料,通过加热使微囊内部烃类物质汽化产生压力,同时囊壁软化,即可展现出良好的膨胀性能。本文分别采用原位聚合法和悬浮聚合法制备得到香精微胶囊与热膨胀微胶囊,采用扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱等对微胶囊的结构和性能进行表征。进一步地,将香精微胶囊、热膨胀微胶囊与色料、连结料等按一定比例混合得到复合型微胶囊油墨,通过测试油墨的性能及其在不同承印材料上的印刷适用性,优化调控油墨配方,最终得到三维立体、芳香持久、具有消毒杀菌效果的功能型印刷产品。Microcapsules are a protective technology that encapsulates solids,liquids,or gases into tiny particles,and they are widely used in the field of functional materials.Fragrance microcapsules(AMS)have many advantages such as long life and good stability,and can release fragrance,deodorize,sterilize,and soothe nerves through friction or other actions.When thermally expandable microcapsules(TEMS)are heated,the hydrocarbons inside vaporize to generate pressure,and the capsule wall softens,showing good expansion performance.Fragrance microcapsules and thermally expandable microcapsules were prepared respectively by in situ polymerization and suspension polymerization.The properties of the microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Then,the fragrance microcapsules and thermally expandable microcapsules were mixed with pigments and binders in a certain proportion to obtain composite microcapsule ink.The properties of the ink and its printing effects on different substrates were characterized,the ink formula was optimized,and finally three⁃dimensional,long⁃lasting fragrance,and sterilizing printing products were obtained.
