摘　　要：研究生项目化管理是在国家战略、社会经济以及研究生教育发展等多重因素的驱动下,应需求而生的一种专业学位研究生培养机制。经过十多年的发展,形成了高校与科研院所联合培养、特需项目建设、高校与产业紧密合作、中心化与工程师学院等适合于不同层次高校、多种面向的实践探索模式。项目化管理符合国际研究生教育发展规律,不仅对我国研究生培养能力大发展提供了高质量的支撑,也为培养机制创新探索了有益的路径。随着科技革命和产业变革的不断深入,在不断加速的知识融合与学科交叉的创新体系、愈加复杂的区域发展及职业需求之下,继续开展以灵活、快速、精准响应需求为特征的研究生项目化管理具有重要的现实意义。建议健全研究生项目化管理的政策环境,加强项目化管理的质量建设,使之成为我国研究生学位授权的重要补充形式。Graduate project management has emerged as a professional degree graduate training mechanism,which is driven by multiple factors like national strategy,social economy and graduate education development.After more than ten years of development,a variety of practice exploration modes have come into being that suitable for different levels of colleges and universities,such as joint training between colleges and research institutes,construction of special needs projects,close cooperation between universities and industries,and centralization and engineering colleges.Project management is in line with the international development law of postgraduate education,which not only provides high-quality support for the development of China’s postgraduate training capacity but also explores a beneficial path for the innovation of the training mechanism.With the deepening of the scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,it is of great practical significance to continue to carry out graduate project management characterized by flexible,rapid and accurate responses to the needs under the accelerating innovation system of knowledge integration and interdisciplinary,increasingly complex regional development and career needs.Therefore,it is recommended to improve the policy environment of graduate project management,strengthen the quality construction of project management,and make it an important supplementary form of graduate degree authorization in China.
