盐酸米诺环素联合根管充填治疗老年慢性牙周炎合并牙髓病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨盐酸米诺环素联合根管充填治疗老年慢性牙周炎(CP)合并牙髓病变患者的临床效果。方法 选取2020年10月至2022年10月南阳市第三人民医院收治的98例老年CP合并牙髓病变患者,以随机数字表法分成研究组(n=49,盐酸米诺环素联合根管充填治疗)和对照组(n=49,根管充填治疗),比较两组牙周指标水平、疼痛程度及不良反应。结果 两组治疗后牙龈指数(GI)、牙龈出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)降低,且研究组GI、BI、PLI水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)降低,且研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(6.12%)与对照组(10.20%)比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 老年CP合并牙髓病变患者给予盐酸米诺环素联合根管充填治疗,能够改善牙周指标水平,降低疼痛程度,不会额外增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with root canal filling in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic periodontitis(CP)complicated with pulp disease.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with CP complicated with pulp disease admitted to Nanyang Third People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into a study group(n=49,treated with minocycline hydrochloride combined with root canal filling)and a control group(n=49,treated with root canal filling)using a random number table method.The periodontal index levels,pain degree,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gingival index(GI),bleeding index(BI),and plaque index(PLI)decreased in both groups,and the levels of GI,BI,and PLI in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The visual analog scale(VAS)scores for pain decreased in both groups after treatment,and the VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(6.12%)and the control group(10.20%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of minocycline hydrochloride and root canal filling in the treatment of elderly patients with CP complicated with pulp disease can improve periodontal index levels,reduce pain degree,and does not increase adverse reactions.
