摘 要:高校档案人员培训体系存在培训理念滞后、内容更新不及时、方式方法单一等诸多问题,难以适应新时期高校档案事业发展的需要。在分析高校档案人员培训现状的基础上,深入探讨培训体系构建的重要意义、基本原则和主要内容等,提出了构建分层分类培训课程体系、丰富培训内容、创新培训方式、加强师资队伍建设、健全培训管理制度等对策建议,以期为新时期高校档案人员培训体系的完善提供参考。At present,there are still many problems in the training system of university archives personnel,such as lagging training concept,untimely content update and single methods,which are difficult to meet the needs of the development of university archives in the new era.Based on the analysis of the training status quo of archival personnel in colleges and universities,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the significance,basic principles and main contents of the construction of training system,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of hierarchical and classified training course system,the enrichment of training content,the innovation of training methods,the strengthening of the construction of teachers,and the improvement of training management system.In order to provide reference for the improvement of the training system of university archives personnel in the new period.
