摘　　要：随着我国经济步入高质量发展阶段,产业结构不断地升级转型,在党的二十大报告中提出了“教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑。必须坚持科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力。”所以,各领域高质量应用型、技能型人才的培养成了全国各应用型高校的首要创新建设发展目标。以高质量工程应用型人才的培养为核心视角探讨高等院校学科基础课程的建设改革,分析课程当前存在的问题,提出改革策略,并通过实证研究验证改革效果。As China's economy enters the stage of high-quality development,the industrial structure is constantly upgraded and transformed.In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed that"education,science and technology,and talents are the basic and strategic supports for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.We must adhere to the fact that science and technology are the primary productive forces,talents are the primary resource,and innovation is the primary driving force.Therefore,the cultivation of high-quality applied and skilled talents in various fields has become the primary innovative construction and development goal of all applied universities across the country.Discuss the construction and reform of the discipline basic courses in higher education institutions with the cultivation of high-quality engineering applied talents as the core perspective,analyze the current problems existing in the courses,propose reform strategies,and verify the reform effect through empirical research.
