Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor of epithelial origin of gastric mucosa, which often occurs with abnormal cell proliferation or metabolic signal pathway.Flavonoids are secondary metabolites of many plants. They belong to a diverse family of aromatic molecules with 2-phenylchromogen as the maternal core. They have anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,immune regulation and other biological activities to multi-targets of the body's cells. Many studies have shown that it has significant curative effect on many common cancers, such as colon cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, etc. This article reviews the recent studies on the three target signaling pathways of gastric cancer:PI3K/Akt/mTOR,Wnt/β-catenin and JAK/STAT.The mechanism of these signal pathways and the effect of flavonoids on them are reviewed to provide reference for exploring the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer by flavonoids.
