摘　　要：信息时代经济社会的发展日新月异,如今档案业务工作对兼具理论研究能力与专业实践技能的复合型人才需求显著增加,课程体系作为培育档案学硕士核心素养的关键,其调整优化需顺应社会发展趋势。论文选取国内外六所代表性院校,调研其档案学硕士课程设置现状,发现国内注重理论教学与人文素养、国外侧重技能培养与职业素养,在吸纳国外教育经验的基础上,结合时代背景与当前行业需求,从课程建设视角提出兼顾传统与新型课程、强化实践技能培养、人文与职业素养并重的优化路径,以期为我国复合型档案人才培育提供参考。With the rapid development of the economy and society in the information age,the demand for composite talents with both theoretical research ability and professional practice skills in archival business has increased significantly.The adjustment and optimisation of the curriculum system,as a key link in culti-vating the core qualities of master archivists,needs to conform to the development trend of the society.The article selects six representative institutions at home and abroad,investigates the current status of their master's courses in archival science,analyses the characteristics of domestic focus on theoretical teaching and humanistic qualities,and foreign focus on skill cultivation and vocational qualities,etc.On the basis of ab-sorbing the experience of foreign education,combining with the background of the times and the needs of the current industry,the optimization path of the course construction is proposed to take into account both the traditional and the new curricula,to strengthen the cultivation of practical skills,and to give equal impor-tance to both the humanistic and vocational qualities.In order to provide reference for the cultivation of com-posite archival talents in China,we propose the optimisation path of curriculum construction,taking tradi-tional and new curricula into account,strengthening practical skills training,and giving equal importance to humanities and professionalism.
