基于自我调节模式的疾病感知护理对白血病化疗患者希望水平、应对方式的影响  

The Effect of Disease Perception Nursing Based on Self-Regulation Model on Hope Level and Coping Style of Leukemia Patients Receiving Chemotherapy

摘　　要：目的探讨白血病化疗患者实施基于自我调节模式的疾病感知护理对其希望水平和应对方式的临床影响。方法本研究对象为2021年1月至2022年12月福州市中医院收治的260例白血病化疗患者,依据不同的护理模式将观察对象均分为两组,实施常规护理的130例患者命名为对照组,在常规护理的基础上实施基于自我调节模式的疾病感染护理的130例患者命名为观察组,对比两组护理前后的负面情绪、希望水平和应对方式。结果护理后,观察组的GAD-7评分、PHQ-9评分均低于对照组,HHI评分高于对照组,应对方式优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论白血病化疗患者实施基于自我调节模式的疾病感知护理的效果较显著,不仅可以减轻其负面情绪,提升其希望水平,还可以改善其应对方式。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of self-regulated disease-sensing nursing on hope level and coping style in patients with leukemia chemotherapy.Methods The observation objects in this study were 260 patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022.According to different nursing modes,the observation objects were divided into two groups,and 130 patients receiving routine nursing were named as the control group.The 130 patients who implemented the self-regulation mode of disease infection nursing on the basis of routine nursing were named the observation group,and the negative emotion,hope level and coping style before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After care,the observation group had lower GAD-7 scores and PHQ-9 scores,higher HHI scores,and better coping than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of disease perception nursing based on self-regulation model is significant in patients with leukemia chemotherapy,which can not only reduce their negative emotions,improve their hope level,but also improve their coping style.
