摘　　要：目的探析耳穴疗法在精神分裂症患者便秘预防中的应用效果。方法筛选2022年8月至2023年8月在我院住院治疗的精神分裂症患者120例,按照随机数字表法划分为对照组和观察组,各60例,在常规精神分裂症治疗同时分别给予常规护理干预、联合耳穴疗法干预。对比两组干预1个月后便秘发生率、生活质量。结果干预1个月,对照组中有10例患者出现便秘,发生率为16.67%;观察组中有2例出现便秘,发生率为3.33%;观察组便秘发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1个月后两组生活质量各项评分均较干预前有提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者便秘预防中,耳穴疗法的应用可有效降低便秘发生率,提升患者生活质量,有较高应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of auricular acupoint therapy in the prevention of constipation in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 cases of schizophrenia patients hospitalized in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were screened and divided into a control group and an observation group of 60 cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table,and were given conventional nursing interventions and combined auricular acupoint therapy interventions at the same time of conventional schizophrenia treatment.Compare the incidence of constipation and quality of life of the two groups after 1 month of intervention.Results One month after the intervention,10 patients in the control group had constipation,with an incidence rate of 16.67%;2 patients in the observation group had constipation,with an incidence rate of 3.33%;the incidence of constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of both groups after 1 month of intervention were improved compared with the pre-intervention period,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the prevention of constipation in patients with schizophrenia,the application of auricular acupoint therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of constipation and improve the quality of life of patients,which has high application value.
