亲情护理模式对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在精神分裂症患者中实施亲情护理模式对提升睡眠质量及生活质量的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月我院收治的80例精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分组,两组各40例。对照组实施常规护理管理,试验组在对照组基础上实施亲情护理模式护理,比较两组护理前后睡眠质量、生活质量(SF-36)改善情况。结果护理后,试验组总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠效率等睡眠质量改善情况优于对照组,生理、心理、环境、社会等生活质量评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者中实施亲情护理模式可有效提升患者睡眠质量及生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of implementing affectionate care model in schizophrenia patients on improving sleep quality and quality of life.Methods A total of 80 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and grouped according to the randomized numerical table method,with 40 cases in each of the two groups.The control group implemented conventional nursing management,and the experimental group implemented affectionate nursing model nursing based on the control group,comparing the improvement of sleep quality and quality of life(SF-36)before and after nursing in the two groups.Results After nursing,the experimental group's improvement in sleep quality such as total sleep time,sleep latency,sleep efficiency,etc.was better than that of the control group,and the improvement in quality of life scores such as physiological,psychological,environmental,social,etc.was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of affectionate care model in patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve patients'sleep quality and quality of life.
