摘　　要：呃逆是临床常见病症,在肿瘤患者中发生率可能更高,一般可通过去除诱因、药物治疗及物理疗法缓解。巴氯芬是治疗顽固性呃逆的有效药物,但不良反应较多。本文介绍了1例不合理应用巴氯芬致严重不良反应的病例,以期为临床工作提供一定参考。Hiccup is a common clinical disease,and its incidence may be higher in tumor patients.It can usually be alleviated by removing the trigger,taking drug therapy,and getting physical therapy.Baclofen is an effective drug for the treatment of intractable hiccup,but it has many adverse effects.This paper presents a case of severe adverse drug reaction caused by unreasonable use of baclofen,in order to provide some reference for clinical work.
