摘　　要：针对食用菌产业产品单一、加工能力弱,生产成本高、创新能力差、融资困难,抗风险能力弱等问题分析了食用菌中小型企业发展遇到的困境,提出企业盈利的10种策略,以期为食用菌产业持续、健康发展提供借鉴。This paper addresses the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the edible mushroom industry,including issues such as a limited product range,weak processing capabilities,high production costs,poor innovation capacity,difficulties in financing,and low resilience to risks.It analyzes these development dilemmas and proposes ten strategies to enhance profitability.The aim is to provide valuable insights for the sustainable and healthy development of the edible mushroom industry.
