人类基因增强的人性审度

摘　　要：如何理解人性是人类基因增强伦理的核心问题。从人的自然属性来讲,人类基因增强技术如果得到合理应用,可以提升人的免疫力,从而更好地抵御疾病的侵袭,使人的身体更加健康、体格更加健壮,更有利于适应自然环境;可以使人拥有更强的记忆能力和认知能力。从人的社会属性来讲,人类基因增强可以丰富人的社会关系,使社会关系更加和谐,有利于人的自由全面发展。如果滥用人类基因增强技术,有可能会制造出和人类完全不同的新物种甚至是敌对的物种,还有可能导致人类家庭伦理关系的混乱和人类交往关系的异化。人性为人类基因增强技术的发展设置了可行性的限度,应该以人性的解放来引领人类基因增强技术发展的方向。How to understand human nature is the core issue of human genetic enhancement ethics.If human genetic enhancement is reasonably applied,from the perspective of human natural attributes,it can enhance their immunity,thereby better resisting the invasion of diseases,making their bodies healthier,physically stronger,and more conducive to adapting to the natural environment.It can also enable them to have stronger memory and cognitive abilities.In terms of human social attributes,human genetic enhancement can enrich their social relationships,make social relationships more harmonious,and be conducive to free and comprehensive development of individuals.If human genetic enhancement is abused,it may create new species that are completely different from human or even hostile species,as well as lead to the confusion of human family ethical relationships and the alienation of human interaction relationships.Human nature has set the feasible limitations for the development of human genetic enhancement technology,and the direction of the development of human gene enhancement technology should be guided by the liberation of human nature.
