摘 要:汽车油门踏板是驾驶员频繁接触的机构,提高其振动舒适性有利于行车安全。针对某混动车油门踏板振动大问题,应用道路车内振动测试、模态测试等手段逐一排查激励源、传递路径、响应分析,明确问题产生原因为发动机激励与油门踏板本体模态共振。通过对混动架构和动力系统策略进行分析,识别降低激励源和油门踏板模态避频的优化方案,最终通过优化车速标定策略,即车速≤70 km/h,且油门开度<50%,采用串联动力模式(发动机+发电机提供电能,TM电机单独电力驱动),限制发动机转速≤1900 r/min,避开油门踏板本体模态使问题得以解决,对混动车加速油门踏板振动问题的解决具有一定参考意义。The automobile accelerator pedal is a mechanism frequently contacted by drivers,and improving its vibration comfort is beneficial to driving safety.In view of the large vibration problem of the accelerator pedal of a hybrid vehicle,the excitation source,transmission path and response analysis are investigated one by one by means of road vehicle vibration test and modal test,it is clear that the cause of the problem is the modal resonance between the engine excitation and the accelerator pedal body.Through the analysis of the hybrid architecture and power system strategy,the optimization scheme to reduce the excitation source and accelerator pedal modal frequency avoidance is identified,and finally the vehicle speed calibration strategy is optimized,that is,the vehicle speed is less than or equal to 70 km/h,and the throtle opening is less than 50%,the series power mode is adopted(the engine generator provides electric energy,and the TM motor is driven by electric power alone),and the engine speed is limited to less than or equal to 1900 r/min,the problem can be solved by avoiding the ontology mode of the accelerator pedal,which has certain reference significance for solving the vibration problem of the accelerator pedal of the hybrid vehicle.
