摘　　要：目的:分析对精神分裂症患者采取癫狂梦醒汤联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗的临床价值。方法:通过随机抽签法将2020年6月—2023年7月我院收治的精神分裂症患者102例分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组给予富马酸喹硫平片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合癫狂梦醒汤治疗,比较两组PANSS、BPRS评分和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组PANSS、BPRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症患者施以癫狂梦醒汤联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗有利于促进患者精神症状和状态的改善,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Dianmang Mengxing decoction combined with Quetiapine Fumarate tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 102 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to July 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random lottery method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Diankuang Mengxing decoction on the basis of the control group.The PANSS,BPRS scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the PANSS and BPRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with schizophrenia with Diankuang Mengxing decoction combined with Quetiapine Fumarate tablets is beneficial to promote the improvement of mental symptoms and state of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
