摘　　要：面对当代社会对创新创业人才的强烈需求,高校乃至专业内部专创融合教育管理仍有不少缺陷,其改革迫在眉睫。专创融合教育管理改革,首先需要明确管理目标,即切实把双创教育管理工作深入到专业教育的全过程,让创业教育和专业教育合理互补、共生共创共赢。其具体途径包括:完善专创融合教育管理中的过程管理、加强创新创业师资培养的业务管理、提升创新创业实践平台的质量管理、进行双创绩效奖励机制的考评管理。Faced with the strong demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in contemporary society,there are still many deficiencies in the educational management of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education within universities and even majors,and its reform is urgent.The educational management reform that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education first needs to clarify management objectives,that is,to effectively integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education management into the entire process of professional education,so that entrepreneurship education and professional education can reasonably complement,coexist,create together,and achieve a win-win situation.The specific ways include:improving the process management in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,strengthening the practical management of innovation and entrepreneurship teacher training,improving the quality management of innovation and entrepreneurship practice platforms,and conducting evaluation and management of innovation and entrepreneurship performance and reward systems.
