摘　　要：建设中医药人才高地是推进中医药传承创新发展及共建万达开中医药先行区的重要支撑.在对中医药人才高地内涵深刻理解的基础上,阐述作为“万达开”重要一极的达州建设中医药人才高地的意义,梳理达州建设中医药人才高地的优势,剖析其存在和亟待改善的现实问题,进而指出达州应从明确人才主体地位、健全人才体制机制并构建良好人才生态环境等方面着手化解困境,推进中医药人才高地建设。在融合聚变中不断放大人才工作“乘数效应”,为推进中医药传承创新发展及万达开中医药协同发展提供坚实的智力支持.The development of a leading talent pool of Chinese medicine is an important support for promoting the inheritance,innovation and development of Chinese traditional medicine and jointly building the Wan-Da-Kai Traditional Chinese Medicine Pilot Zone.On the basis of deep understanding of the connotation of the Chinese medicine talent pool,this paper elaborates the significance of developing the leading talent pool of Chinese medicine in Dazhou,an important place of“Wan-Da-Kai”,sorts out the advantages of developing the leading talent pool of Chinese medicine in Dazhou,analyzes the existence and urgent need to improve the real problems,and then explores the countermeasures accordingly,thinking that Dazhou should start to solve the dilemma from the aspects of defining the main status of talents,improving the talent system and mechanism and building a good talent ecological environment,etc.to promote the development of Chinese medicine.Then,it is pointed out that Dazhou should start to solve the dilemma by clarifying the status of the main body of talents,improving the system and mechanism of talents,and building a good ecological environment for talents,so as to promote the construction of the leading talent pool of Chinese traditional medicine,and to amplify the“multiplier effect”of talents by integrating and fusing,in order to provide solid intellectual support for promoting the inheritance,innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine as well as the coordinated development of traditional Chinese medicine in“Wan-Da-Kai”.
