摘  要:胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见恶性肿瘤。胶质瘤的形成起源于细胞的基因突变。基因突变的细胞要生长为一个具有全部表型的恶性肿瘤细胞,需要经过一个由细胞增殖、分化、干细胞特征和细胞间相互作用构成的异常发育过程。在这一过程中,肿瘤细胞“征用”了大量的正常发育调控信号通路,如Wnt/β-catenin信号通路。这一通路介导相邻细胞间相互作用,在进化中高度保守,广泛参与正常发育的精确调控和恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程。该文对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路及其在胶质瘤中的作用和机制进行综述,并展望Wnt/β-catenin信号通路为靶点干预和治疗胶质瘤的前景。Glioma is the most common malignant tumor of the central nervous system,and it often originates from genetic mutations in cells.Studies have shown that the growth of a cell with a gene mutation into a malignant tumor cell with all phenotypes requires an abnormal development process involving cell proliferation,differentiation,stemness,and cell-cell interactions.In this process,tumor cells"commandeer"a large number of regulatory signaling pathways for normal development,including the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,which is a highly conserved signaling pathway during evolution that mediates the interaction between adjacent cells and is widely involved in the precise regulation of normal development and the development and progression of malignant tumors.This article reviews the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and its role and mechanism in glioma and describes the prospect of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway as a target for the intervention and treatment of glioma.
