摘  要:本实验设计合成了一系列铌基固体酸催化剂,并对催化剂材料进行理化性质表征和催化玉米芯转化制备糠醛性能评价。通过开展本实验,使学生初步掌握玉米芯制备糠醛的工艺过程及原理,了解催化剂的制备及表征方法。本综合性实验将化学工程与工艺专业本科生实验教学工作与指导教师的科研项目相结合,培养学生的创新思维方式及团队协作精神,提高学生的实践动手能力,启发学生的科研意识,为将来从事相关专业领域的工作打下良好的基础。A series of niobium-based solid acid catalysts were designed and synthetized in this comprehensive chemistry experiment.The physical and chemical properties characterization of catalysts and catalytic performance evaluation were also conducted in detail.By carrying out this experiment,students initially grasped the basic principle and the technique process of converting corncob into furfural,as well as the preparation and characterization methods of catalysts.The undergraduate experimental teaching and scientific research were effectively combined by this comprehensive experiment,and propitious to train students innovation thought and teamwork spirit,improve students practical ability and enlighten students scientific research consciousness.It will build good foundation for work in chemical engineering and technology field.
