摘 要:在传统燃油车平台上改进生产的纯电动汽车,因没有发动机提供真空源,所以需要在液压制动系统中匹配安装电动真空泵,以此来提供真空源,满足车辆的制动需求。本文主要以叶片式电动真空泵为研究对象,分析电动真空泵的结构、工作原理,提出了制动系统的设计思路和电动真空泵的性能要求,以及电动真空泵的日常维护作业方法。Pure electric vehicles improved on the traditional fuel vehicle platform,because there is no engine to provide a vacuum source,it is necessary to match the installation of an electric vacuum pump in the hydraulic braking system to provide a vacuum source to meet the braking needs of the vehicle.This paper mainly takes the vane type electric vacuum pump as the research object,analyzes the structure and working principle of the electric vacuum pump,puts forward the design idea of the brake system,the performance requirements of the electric vacuum pump,and the daily maintenance operation method of the electric vacuum pump.
