摘 要:本文基于某款甲醇混合动力汽车,针对其在环境温度-30℃~-20℃的冷启动及不同环境温度对实车道路甲醇燃料消耗的影响展开研究。结果表明:存在临界发动机水温-28℃,高于临界温度时冷启动能平稳实现,低于临界温度时冷启动的稳定时长随温度降低而延长。实车道路试验中,环境温度-30℃~25℃范围,醇耗随环境温度的降低而增加。环境温度在0℃以上,当驾驶员踏板标准差为9~10,存在平衡醇耗的极小平均值,约9L/100km。甲醇燃料在常用温度(0℃~25℃)和极寒温度(-30℃)的醇耗结果,按市场平均价格换算分别为0.18~0.27元/km和0.38~0.57元/km。Engine cold start at an ambient temperature of−30℃to−20℃and the influence of different ambient temperatures on methanol consumption on real road were investigated based on a methanol hybrid electric vehicle.The results indicate that there is a critical temperature of−28℃,above which the engine cold start can be realized smoothly,otherwise the stability time of the cold start extends with the decrease of the temperature.In the road test,methanol consumption increases with the decrease of temperature from−30℃to 25℃.When the ambient temperature is above 0℃,there is a minimum average equilibrium methanol consumption about 9L/100km with the standard deviation of the driver’s pedal between 9 and 10.Methanol fuel has an obvious economic benefit.The methanol consumption results of the common temperature of 0℃~25℃and the extreme cold temperature of−30℃are 0.18~0.27 yuan/km and 0.38~0.57 yuan/km respectively according to the average market price.
