摘 要:金刚石串珠制备中,单质粉末配方易出现烧结温度不稳定、元素偏析、显微组织不均匀、强度硬度低等问题,胎体粉末的预合金化能有效改善此类问题。将胎体配方中的主要成分Fe、Cu、Ni采用水雾化技术制备成预合金粉。结果发现预合金粉在烧结过程中更稳定,同时各元素在烧结过程中未出现偏析现象,提高了烧结体的致密度、硬度及强度。并形成了韧性与脆性相结合的显微结构,在提高串珠锋利度的同时又增加了其耐磨度,进而提高了串珠的整体性能,延长了串珠的使用寿命。In the preparation of diamond beads,the elemental powder formula is prone to problems such as unstable sintering temperature,element segregation,uneven micro-structure,and low strength and hardness.Pre-alloying of matrix powder can effectively improve these problems.The main components Fe,Cu,and Ni in the matrix formula were prepared into pre-alloyed powder using water atomization technology.The results showed that the pre-alloyed powder was more stable during the sintering process,and there was no segregation phenomenon of each element during the sintering process,which improved the density,hardness,and strength of the sintered body.And a microstructure combining toughness and brittleness was formed,which not only improved the sharpness of the beads,but also increased their wear resistance,thereby improving the overall per-formance of the beads and extending their service life.
