摘　　要：优秀班集体作为学校教书育人的基本单位,承载着全面落实立德树人的重要使命,对学校高质量发展起着重要作用,但是从目前的实践情况来看,班集体建设还面临诸多问题。应以班级考核内容为指引,探索优秀班集体建设的路径,为优秀班集体建设蓄积力量、提供参考。As the basic unit of teaching and educating people in school,the excellent class collective carries the important mission of comprehensively implementing moral education and plays an important role in the high-quality development of the school,but from the perspective of the current situation,the construction of class collective is still facing many problems.The class assessment content should be used as a guideline to ex-plore the path of excellent class collective construction so as to accumulate strength and provide reference for the construction of excellent class collective.
