摘　　要：本文探讨了以生物化学与分子生物学课程为试点,打破以往实验课依附于理论课的传统教学模式,将生物化学与分子生物学实验技术课从理论课中剥离出来,设置独立的课程和考核,构建线上线下虚实结合的实验技术课程体系。以培养创新型人才为目标,以课程内涵建设为根本,以实验设计为灵魂,以第二课堂和大学生创新训练项目为两翼;极大地促进了医学生科技创新思维的形成和发展,激发了医学生参与科技创新的积极性,促进了学科优势和科研平台向医学生科技创新能力的有效转化。This paper discusses taking the course of biochemistry and molecular biology as the experimental subject,breaking the traditional teaching mode of attaching experimental courses to theoretical courses in the past,separating the course of experimental technology of biochemistry and molecular biology from the theoretical courses,carrying out independent courses and independent assessment,and building a structure with the training of innovative talents as the goal,the construction of curriculum connotation as the foundation,and the design of experiments as the soul.The experimental technology curriculum system,which combines virtual-reality and online-offline with the second classroom and college students’innovation training program,greatly promotes the formation and development of medical students’scientific and technological innovation thinking,stimulates students’enthusiasm to participate in scientific research and innovation,and promotes the effective transformation of disciplinary advantages and scientific research platforms into medical students’scientific and technological innovation ability.
