摘　　要：企业ESG表现与新发展理念相契合,在推动企业高质量发展的过程中起着重要作用。利用2009—2021年沪深A股上市公司数据,实证研究ESG表现及其环境责任(E)、社会责任(S)、公司治理(G)三维度表现对企业高质量发展的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:ESG表现能够显著推动企业高质量发展,且三维度表现均能显著推动企业高质量发展;作用机制检验发现,ESG表现以及三维度表现能够通过提升绿色技术创新和绿色管理创新进而推动企业高质量发展,高管绿色认知强化了ESG表现以及三维度表现对企业高质量发展的推动作用;异质性分析表明,ESG表现对企业高质量发展的推动作用在污染行业企业和地区高环境规制程度的企业中更大,并且三维度表现对于企业高质量发展的推动作用也存在差异。The performance of enterprise ESG is in line with the new development concept,and plays an important role in the process of promoting the high-quality development of enterprises.Using the data of Shanghai-Shenzhen A-share listed companies in 2009-2021,the impact of ESG performance,environmental responsibility(E),social responsibility(S)and corporate governance(G)on the high-quality development of enterprises and their function mechanism are empirstudied.research finding,ESG performance can significantly drive the high-quality enterprise development,And the three dimensions of performance can significantly promote the high-quality development of enterprises;The mechanism of action test found that,ESG performance and the three dimensions can promote the high-quality development of enterprises by improving green technology innovation and green management innovation,The green cognition of senior executives strengthens the promotion effect of ESG performance and three dimensions performance on the high-quality development of enterprises;The heterogeneity analysis showed that,The driving effect of ESG performance on the high-quality development of enterprises is greater among enterprises in polluting industries and regional enterprises with high environmental regulation degree,In addition,there are differences in the three dimensions in promoting the high-quality development of enterprises.
