摘  要:以浸渍法制备了LiOH/MgO固体碱催化剂,并用于催化合成米糠油甲酯,研究了LiOH/MgO催化剂的制备工艺,采用X射线衍射法、热重分析法等对催化剂进行表征,采用气相色谱外标法分析米糠油甲酯成分及质量分数。通过响应面实验优化米糠油甲酯的合成工艺:当LiOH负载率为载体质量的23.8%、醇油摩尔比为14.3∶1、催化剂用量为米糠油质量的7.5%、反应时间为4h、反应温度为100℃时,收率可达87.90%。结果表明,LiOH/MgO固体碱催化剂对米糠油甲酯化反应具有较好的催化活性,有利于米糠油这一农副产物得到充分利用。The LiOH/MgO solid base catalyst was prepared by impregnation method, which was used as catalyst to synthesis of rice bran oil methyl ester. The conditions for preparing LiOH/MgO catalyst were optimized, while the catalyst was characterized by XRD and TGA. The composition and mass fraction of methyl ester of rice bran oil were analyzed by gas chromatography. Response surface experiment was used to optimize the synthesis conditions of rice bran oil methyl ester. The yield of rice bran oil methyl ester reached 87.90% under the conditions of 23.8% loading rate of LiOH, 14.3∶1 molar ratio of alcohol to oil, 7.5% weight ratio of catalyst to rice bran oil for 4 h at 100 ℃. LiOH/MgO solid base exhibited good catalytic activity for the methyl ester reaction of rice bran oil, which was helpful to the full utilization of rice bran oil as agricultural by-product.
