摘　　要：本例确诊为林奇综合征的巨大结肠癌肝转移患者在初始交界可切除的情况下,通过肿瘤医院肝胆外科消化道肿瘤多学科团队(MDT)的积极干预,成功转化并接受了手术,术后继续行巩固治疗,患者持续获益。本文全方位报道了该患者的初始状况和整个治疗过程,还原了各个阶段MDT讨论的依据和结果,充分体现了MDT诊疗在结肠癌肝转移患者治疗中的作用。This case report described a patient with a massive liver metastatic tumor of colon cancer who was diagnosed with Lynch syndrome and successfully underwent surgery with consolidation therapy after active intervention by the digestive tumor multidisciplinary team(MDT)collaboration group in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Cancer Hospital during the initial junction resection,resulting in continuous benefit for the patient.This study fully documented the patient's initial condition and the entire treatment process,restored the basis and results of the MDT discussions at each stage,and fully reflected the role of multidisciplinary collaboration in the treatment of colon cancer liver metastasis.
