摘　　要：肺良性转移性平滑肌瘤是一种良性的子宫平滑肌瘤组织转移至肺部的罕见病变,本文就1例经病理证实且未做任何抗肿瘤治疗的患者进行11年影像学追踪随访。随访结果详细记录了双肺病灶早期逐渐增多,而后逐渐好转的自然变化过程,提示该疾病可能有自限性倾向,以期为该病的临床治疗提供更多有价值信息。Pulmonary benign metastatic leiomyoma(PBML)is a rare lesion in which benign uterine leiomyoma metastasizes to the lungs.This study reported that a case of PBML confirmed by pathology and without any anti-tumor treatment was followed up by imaging for 11 years.The natural change process that the lesions of both lungs increased gradually in the early stage and then improved gradually was recorded in detail,suggesting that the disease may have a self‑limited tendency,in order to provide more valuable information for the clinical treatment of the disease.
