摘　　要：腹膜转移性圆细胞恶性肿瘤非常罕见,起病较为隐匿,临床表现无特异性,鉴别诊断非常困难。尽管目前超声引导下腹膜穿刺活检技术已比较成熟,可以明确腹膜转移性恶性肿瘤的病理性质,但因活检组织少,对圆细胞恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断仍有较大缺陷。本文介绍1例潜伏期长达10年腹膜转移性恶性黑色素瘤病例的鉴别诊断和治疗过程。在腹膜转移性圆细胞恶性肿瘤诊断不明同时肿瘤压迫症状较重时,手术腹腔探查和减瘤手术很有必要,在明确诊断的同时可以为患者的治疗争取时间。Peritoneal metastatic round cell malignancy is very rare,with an insidious onset and unspecific clinical manifestations,and differential diagnosis is challenging.Although the technology of ultrasound‑guided peritoneal biopsy is relatively mature,which can clarify the pathological nature of peritoneal metastatic malignancy,there are still significant defects in the differential diagnosis of round cell malignancy due to small biopsy tissue.This study reported a peritoneal metastatic malignant melanoma case with an incubation period of 10 years,focusing on the differential diagnosis and treatment process.Under the undefined diagnosis of the peritoneal metastatic round cell malignant tumor and severe symptoms of tumor compression,it is necessary to perform abdominal exploration and tumor reduction surgery.While definiting the diagnosis,it can also buy time for the patient's treatment.
