摘 要:恶性肿瘤已成为严重危害人类身体健康和生命安全的重大疾病之一,寻找有效的治疗手段、提高机体抗肿瘤免疫已成为肿瘤免疫学研究的热点。对于某些肿瘤,放疗是首选的能够有效控制病情进展的手段,但单一治疗手段存在局限性。随着放射耐受的出现,免疫治疗、DNA损伤反应(DDR)抑制剂等新兴治疗方法的发展,联合治疗策略随之出现,但要最大程度发挥联合治疗的作用则成为有待解决的重要挑战。DDR在肿瘤发生发展中极为重要,亦是近期研究的热点,本文将重点关注DDR抑制剂的临床应用、放射增敏作用,期望能为临床相关治疗策略提供重要参考。Cancer is one of the major diseases that seriously endanger human health and life safety.Finding the effective means to improve anti-tumor immunity is the research focus of tumor immunology.For some tumors,radiotherapy is the preferred and effective way to control the progression.However,single treatment has limations.With the emergence of radiotherapy resistance and the development of immunotherapy,DNA damage response(DDR)inhibitors et al,the combined therapy strategies have also been developed.Maximizing the treatment efficacy of combined therapy is an important challenge that needs to be solved.DDR plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors and is the research hotspot currently.This review focused on the clinical application of DDR inhibitors and their ability to improve radiosensitization,hoping to provide important information for clinical treatment strategies.
