摘　　要：青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)是儿童常见的一种脊柱畸形,全世界范围内发病率约为2%~3%。AIS严重影响患儿脊柱生长及功能活动,并且影响青少年心理健康。目前研究表明,遗传因素可能在AIS的发生发展中起到关键作用,单核苷酸多态性已成为近年来AIS易感性与严重程度遗传学研究的重点,本文就其易感性与严重程度研究进展作一综述。Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)is a common spinal deformity in children.With a global prevalence of 2%-3%,AIS seriously affects the spinal growth and functional activity and psychological health of adolescents.Current researches have implied that genetic factors may play a key role in the development of AIS.Single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)have become a recent focus of researches on the genetics of AIS susceptibility and severity.This review summarized the latest studies on gene polymorphism of AIS.
