摘 要:思政课教师是落实立德树人根本任务的关键。系统观是新时代中国共产党的重要思想方法,也是研究和推动高职思政课“大先生”培养的理论工具。结合习近平总书记关于教育与教师队伍建设的系列重要论述,文章从系统目的、结构与效应视角阐述了高职思政课“大先生”的系统功能、系统结构、系统优化,并从系统的整体性、稳定性和组织性原理提出了新时期高职思政课“大先生”培养须着眼师道、师德与师业的行动策略。Instructors of ideological and political courses are pivotal in fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent.The systemic perspective is a crucial methodological approach for the Communist Party of China in the new era,serving also as a theoretical tool to study and advance the cultivation of“Grandmasters”in ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.Drawing on President Xi Jinping’s series of significant discourses concerning education and teacher development,this article elucidates the system function,system structure and system optimization of"Grandmasters"in vocational college ideological and political course.Based on the principles of systemic wholeness,stability,and organization,the paper further proposes that strategies for fostering grandmasters in ideological and political courses at vocational colleges in the new period must focus on the path of teaching,teacher ethics,and professional expertise.
