摘　　要：耕读文化是中华传统文化产生和发展的重要方式,是中华优秀传统文化的精髓。涉农类高职院校作为培养知农爱农新型农业人才的主阵地,担负着强农兴农的重要使命,新时期在涉农高校开展耕读教育,彰显了“耕读”并举、协同育人对人才培养的重要价值,为涉农高校探索符合自身特色的教育模式和人才培养体系指明了方向。文章以耕读文化内涵为切入点,阐述了新时期涉农类高职院校开展耕读教育具备的优势、必要性和现实意义,分析了近些年涉农类高校开展耕读教育的典型案例,以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例,对其开展的耕读教育模式进行深入分析。Farming and reading culture is an important way for the emergency and development of Chinese traditional culture,and is the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture.As the main position of cultivating new agricultural talents who know and love agriculture,agricultural vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of strengthening agriculture and revitalizing agriculture.In the new era,agricultural colleges and universities carry out“cultivation and reading education”,which highlights the important value of“cultivation and reading”at the same time and collaborative education for talent training,and points out the direction for agricultural colleges and universities to explore their own characteristics of education mode and talent training system.The article takes the cultural connotation of farming and reading as the starting point,elaborates on the advantages,necessity,and practical significance of carrying out farming and reading education in agricultural vocational colleges in the new era,analyzes typical cases of agricultural colleges carrying out farming and reading education in recent years,and takes Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Vocational College as an example to conduct in-depth analysis of its farming and reading education mode.
