环保企业研发投入与企业绩效关系实证研究

摘　　要：环保企业作为推动绿色经济发展的重要力量,其发展与生态环境保护及人类社会可持续发展密切相关。因此,环保企业的技术创新能力和研发投入水平显得尤为重要。基于此,文章选取了我国沪深A股上市的116家环保企业2019—2022年的财务数据,运用SPSS软件对数据进行回归分析,深入探讨研发投入对环保企业绩效的影响。研究结果表明:环保企业研发支出对提升企业绩效具有积极作用;环保企业研究人员数量与企业绩效呈正相关;研发投入强度与企业绩效呈正相关,但存在一定的滞后性。As an important force in promoting green economy,environmental protection enterprises are closely related to ecological environment protection and sustainable development of human society.Therefore,the innovation capability and R&D investment of environmental protection enterprises are particularly important.In view of this,the article selected the financial data of 116 enterprises listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares in China from 2019 to 2022,and conducted regression analysis on the data using SPSS software to explore the impact of R&D investment on the performance of environmental protection enterprises.The research findings indicate that R&D expenditures exerts a positive effect on corporate performance;furthermore,the number of researchers is positively correlated with enterprises performance;finally,the intensity of R&D investment is also positively correlated with corporate performance,but there is a certain lag.
