抗战歌曲与现代黄河形象建构——以歌词为中心的考察

摘　　要：在我国,黄河具有超越自然属性凝聚民族精神的符号意义,黄河的象征性文化意涵是从近代开始的。自1840年鸦片战争以来,中国发生结构性震荡,“民族”“民族精神”“中华民族”“国家”等概念被提出与传播,“黄河”在此背景下登上文化舞台,开始具有民族、国家等象征意义。近代学堂乐歌中首次将黄河与民族、国家相联系,由杨度作词的《黄河》奠定了现代黄河形象的基础,曾志忞将其谱曲收录于《教育唱歌集》,《黄河》也随着学堂乐歌、梁启超《新民丛报》的传颂与推荐产生了巨大的影响,随后黄河的文化意义不断得到书写与丰富。抗日战争爆发后,以黄河为主题的歌曲创作呈现井喷式增长,数量众多的黄河主题歌曲创作赋予了“黄河”系列现代象征性内涵:从抗战初期河患形象中所展现的民哀,到怒吼形象中体现民族的苦难与抗争,再到黄河形象中承载的军民鱼水情,黄河成为了一种话语符号,具有传递思想、形塑意义和参与社会实践的话语权力,塑造着人民的共同意识。以黄河为主题的抗战歌曲凭借着鲜明的民族特征,在时代话语的塑造下建构了群体文化认同和国家认同之间的良性互动关系,在黄河成为中华民族象征等现代意义的建构中发挥了重要作用。In China,the Yellow River symbolizes national spirit beyond its natural attributes,with its cultural significance emerging in the modern era.Since the Opium War of 1840,China has undergone structural upheaval,and concepts such as“nation”,“national spirit”,“Chinese nation”,and“state”have been proposed and propagated.Against this backdrop,the Yellow River ascended to cultural prominence,acquiring meanings related to nationalism and statehood.The connection between the Yellow River and national identity was first established in modern school songs,with Yang Du’s lyrics for“Yellow River”laying the foundation for the modern Yellow River image.This song,composed by Zeng Zhimeng and included in the“Education Song Collection”,gained significant influence through its propagation in school songs and Liang Qichao’s“New Citizen Journal”,continuously enriching the Yellow River’s cultural meaning.With the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,the creation of Yellow River-themed songs surged,imbuing the Yellow River with modern symbolic meanings.The songs depicted the river’s image from early wartime suffering to its representation of national suffering and resistance,and finally to its embodiment of the bond between the military and civilians.The Yellow River emerged as a symbolic discourse with the power to convey ideas,shape meanings,and engage in social practices,influencing the collective consciousness of the people.Anti-Japanese War songs with Yellow River themes,characterized by distinct national traits,fostered a positive interaction between cultural and national identities through the shaping of contemporary discourse,playing a crucial role in constructing the Yellow River as a symbol of the Chinese nation.
