新质生产力在民族地区的发展经济学意义

摘　　要：民族地区传统发展经济学理论指导下的生产力发展与新质生产力内涵特征、重点任务、难点堵点、根本途径、理论定位等存在本质差异,必须在国家战略远景式、前瞻性回应的基础上,跳出长期以来传统发展经济学理论中生产力的动能结构,论证民族地区新质生产力构念与高质量发展的新动能属性,从理论方位、发展阶段及发展要求探寻民族地区新质生产力的涵育方向,并从生态文明、乡村振兴、一带一路、传统文化、新发展格局、铸牢中华民族共同体意识等方面,对民族地区新质生产力的动能载体进行阐释。There are significant distinctions between the advancement of productivity under the guidance of conventional theories in development economics in ethnic regions and the novel quality of productivity.These differences pertain to the connotations,characteristics,pivotal tasks,challenges,fundamental approaches,and theoretical positioning.In light of the national strategic perspective and forward-thinking response,it is imperative to move beyond the traditional development economics theory's static,linear view of productivity.Instead,we must demonstrate the new kinetic energy attribute of the new quality productivity concept and high-quality development in ethnic areas.Furthermore,we must explore the direction of the cultivation of the new quality productivity concept.This paper will explore the theoretical orientation,development stage,and development requirements of quality productivity in ethnic areas.It will also examine the kinetic energy carrier of the new quality productivity in ethnic areas from the following perspectives:ecological civilization,rural revitalization,the Belt and Road,traditional culture,new development patterns,and the building of awareness of the Chinese national community.
