基于高职生群体画像的思政育人探析——以部分江西省高职院校为例

摘　　要：高职院校要精准做好思政育人工作,需要掌握当代高职生学习、成长的各类基础数据,对学生群体精准画像。调研发现,高职生群体的主要特征包括:线下交际少,网络表达欲强;思政课的学习效果不佳,受网络负面影响较大;月均消费较高,借贷消费趋势明显;社会实践机会少,竞赛参与度较低。因此,高职院校应优化思政教育、加强网络阵地建设、强化就业指导,不断推进思政育人工作。To accurately carry out ideological and political education in vocational colleges,it is necessary to grasp various basic data on students'learning and growth,and accurately depict the students.Research has found that the main characteristics of vocational college students include:limited offline communication and strong desire to express on line;The learning effect of ideological and political courses is not good,and it is greatly affected by the negative impact of the Internet;The monthly average consumption is relatively high,and the trend of borrowing consumption is obvious;There are few opportunities for social practice and low participation in competitions.Therefore,vocational colleges should optimize ideological and political education,strengthen the construction of online platforms,enhance employment guidance,and continuously promote ideological and political education.
