摘 要:以初中和高中学生为对象,使用问卷法考察了志愿行为、意向性自我调节和心理健康之间的关系。结果表明,志愿行为能正向预测心理健康水平,且意向性自我调节在两者之间起中介作用。在模型的前半段,随着志愿行为的增加,只有高中组个体的意向性自我调节能力显著提升;在模型的后半段,初中组和高中组的意向性自我调节均正向预测个体的心理健康水平,但高中组随着意向性自我调节能力的增加,个体心理健康水平的改善更明显。该研究揭示了青少年志愿行为影响心理健康的机制,同时也为积极青少年发展理论提供了证据支持。By means of the questionnaires,this study investigates the relationship between volunteering behavior,inten⁃tional self-regulation,and mental health among junior high and senior high school students.The findings indicate that volunteer⁃ing behavior positively predicts mental health,with intentional self-regulation mediating this relationship.In the initial stage of the model,only the self-regulation ability of high school students significantly improves with increased volunteering.In the later stage,intentional self-regulation positively predicts mental health for both junior high and high school students,but the improve⁃ment in mental health is more pronounced for high school students with an increase in their intentional self-regulation.Overall,this study reveals the mechanism through which volunteering behavior influences mental health in adolescents and provides evi⁃dence supporting the theory of positive youth development.
