摘 要:轴承故障是旋转机械的一种重要故障,对滚动轴承的状态监测和故障诊断一直是机械故障诊断技术的研究重点。本文重点介绍了滚动轴承冲击脉冲产生的机理及故障信号特点,分析了冲击脉冲SPM-HD技术和传统振动包络技术的差异。结合核电厂实际的滚动轴承故障,对比分析了冲击脉冲SPM-HD技术和振动监测技术的结果,显示了冲击脉冲技术在滚动轴承状态监测方面的独特优势,可应用于滚动轴承缺陷的识别和故障诊断。Bearing failure is an important fault in the rotating machinery,and the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling bearings have always been the research focus of mechanical fault diagnosis technique.This article mainly introduces the mechanism of shock pulse generation and fault signal characteristics of rolling bearings,and analyzes the differences between the shock pulse SPM-HD technique and the traditional vibration envelope technique.Based on the actual rolling bearing faults in nuclear power plant,the results of the shock pulse SPM-HD technique and the vibration monitoring technique are compared and analyzed,This demonstrates the unique advan tage of shock pulse method in andtion monitoring of rolhing bearings,which can be applied to the indentification and fault diagnosis of rolling bearing clefects.
