摘  要:炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种具有复杂性和异质性的疾病,以慢性复发和缓解的肠道炎症为特征,目前发病机理尚不明确,临床缺乏特异性的标志物,其精准化诊疗是临床的一大挑战。人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)具有强大的数据识别和分析能力,结合当前医疗大数据的发展,AI在提高IBD诊断准确性,识别风险个体,评估疾病严重程度,预测治疗反应以及评估预后等方面的应用广泛开展,有巨大的潜力促进IBD精准医疗的发展。本文就AI在IBD诊疗中的应用进展作一综述。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a complex and heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic recurrent and remitting intestinal inflammation.Its pathogenesis is still unclear and specific clinical markers are lacking,which makes accurate diagnosis and treatment of IBD a major clinical challenge.Artificial intelligence(AI)has strong data recognition and analysis capabilities.Combined with the development of medical big data,AI has been widely applied in improving the diagnostic accuracy,identifying at-risk individuals,assessing disease severity,predicting treatment response and evaluating prognosis of IBD,which has great potential to promote the development of precision medicine.This article reviewed the application progress of AI in IBD.
