摘　　要：免疫治疗在肿瘤治疗中占据着重要地位,已知T细胞表面的程序性死亡受体-1(programmed death receptor-1,PD-1)与肿瘤细胞上的PD-1配体1(PD-1 ligand 1,PD-L1)结合可以阻止T细胞对肿瘤细胞的免疫杀伤作用,促进肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸。本文围绕PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂介绍了其在结直肠癌治疗中存在的问题,结直肠癌中PI3K/AKT、JAK/STAT、MAPK、NF-κB等信号通路与PD-1/PD-L1的相互作用机制,进一步探讨了PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂与肠道微生物、化疗、放疗、靶向和天然化合物的治疗研究。Immunotherapy plays an important role in tumor treatment.It is known that the programmed death receptor-1(PD-1)on the surface of T cells binds to the PD-1 ligand 1(PD-L1)on tumor cells,which can prevent the immune killing effect of T cells on tumor cells and promote immune escape of tumor cells.This paper introduced the problems of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in colorectal cancer treatment,the interaction mechanism of signaling pathways such as PI3K/AKT,JAK/STAT,MAPK and NF-κB with PD-1/PD-L1 in colorectal cancer,and further discussed the therapeutic studies of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors with gut microbes,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted and natural compounds.
