摘 要:为了提高其智能化水平,对采煤机牵引协同调速进行了研究,主要分析了采煤机的性能指标,确定研究对象为牵引速度与滚筒转速匹配情况,在MATLAB中通过粒子群算法进行模型计算,并对数据进行拟合,使用Simulink进行系统仿真,基于EDEM研究了采煤机牵引协同调速控制系统的性能,通过比较证明了该系统能够有效提高采煤机的开采性能,为采煤机自动化的深入研究提供了新的思路。In order to improve the level of intelligence,the coal mining machine traction cooperative speed control has been studied,mainly analysed the performance indexes of coal mining machine,determined the research object as the matching of traction speed and drum rotational speed,carried out the model calculation through particle swarm algorithm in MATLAB,and fitted the data,and carried out the system simulation using Simulink,and researched the performance of coal mining machine traction cooperative speed control system based on EDEM,and proved that the system is comparable to the system.The performance of the speed control system is studied based on EDEM,and the comparison proves that the system can effectively improve the mining performance of coal mining machine,which provides a new idea for the in-depth study of coal mining machine automation.
