摘  要:传统柴油发动机气门零件制造方法直接对柴油发动机气门零件模型进行构建,未对柴油发动机气门零件特征进行筛选,造成传统方法制造效率低。基于此,提出基于金属3D打印技术的柴油发动机气门零件制造方法。对柴油发动机气门零件特征进行筛选,提高气门零件的性能和柴油发动机的整体效率,构建柴油发动机气门零件模型,设计打印流程,基于金属3D打印技术,利用计算机辅助软件实现柴油发动机气门零件制造。实验结果表明,该研究方法零件制造效率更高。The old method of manufacturing machine valve parts directly constructs the model of the machine valve parts without shielding the characteristics of the diesel valve parts,which results in low manufacturing efficiency.Therefore,a manufacturing method of diesel engine valve parts based on metal 3d printing technology is proposed.In order to improve the performance of the valve parts and the overall efficiency of the diesel engine,the characteristics of the valve parts of the diesel engine are screened,the model of the valve parts of the diesel engine is built,and the printing process is designed,the valve parts of diesel engine are manufactured by computer aided software.The experiment result indicated that this research method part manufacture efficiency is higher.
