摘 要:采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、直读光谱仪(OES)、X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)、数显维氏硬度计等高精设备,对油田闭排泵出口至段捕液相汇管弯头进行了失效分析,完成了以下项目:化学成分分析、维氏硬度测试、夹杂物测试、金相组织检验、相比例分析、微观形貌分析、EDS微区成分分析。结果表明弯头位置裂纹失效和焊缝位置失效机理均为高周疲劳开裂,两处的高周疲劳的力学因素均与闭排泵产生的振动应力有关。Using high-precision equipment such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM),direct reading spectrometer(OES),X-ray energy spectrum analyzer(EDS),and digital Vickers hardness tester,failure analysis was carried out on the elbow of the oilfield closed discharge pump outlet to the section capture liquid phase manifold.The following projects were completed:chemical composition analysis,Vickers hardness testing,inclusion testing,metallographic structure inspection,phase proportion analysis,microscopic morphology analysis,and EDS micro area composition analysis.The results indicate that the failure mechanisms of the crack at the elbow position and the weld position are both high cycle fatigue cracking,and the mechanical factors of high cycle fatigue at both locations are related to the vibration stress generated by the closed discharge pump.
