摘　　要：“塑性力学”是高等工科学生的专业技术基础课程,是支撑工科学生科学研究并指导其工程实践的重要载体。为贯彻落实习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调的“使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应”,课程基于现代信息技术,融合10方面课程思政要素,开展“塑性力学”教学内容、教学方法、师资队伍建设、教学过程和评价机制的“10融合5改革”混合式教学改革与实践,以激发学生自主学习的积极性,培养其创新能力,对现代高等学校教学改革具有借鉴意义。Plastic mechanics is a basic professional technology course for higher engineering students,and it is an important carrier to support engineering students’scientific research and guide their engineering practice.In order to implement the course emphasized by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities to“make all kinds of courses walk together with the ideological and political theory courses and form a synergistic effect”.Therefore,this course is based on the modern information technology,the integration of 10 aspects of ideological and political elements,to carry out the“10-integration and 5-reform”blended teaching reform and practice on the teaching contents,teaching methods,construction of teaching staff,teaching process and evaluation mechanism of plastic mechanics,which is of guiding significance for modern teaching reform to stimulate students’enthusiasm for independent learning and cultivate their innovative ability.
